How to buy a Gift Card
Step 1: Select the value of the Gift Card and write your personalised message to the lucky recipient.
Step 2: Add the Gift Card to the Shopping Cart and proceed to Checkout.
Step 3: Choose to receive your Gift Card via email instantly and give it to the recipient by hand. Or have it emailed to the recipient directly.
Redeeming a Gift Card
Step 1: Choose your tour and proceed to Checkout.
Step 2: Apply the Gift Card code in the box provided.
Step 3: Receive confirmation of your purchase via email.

Where do I enter my gift card code?
To apply a gift voucher, select your haggis experience, choose a date and proceed to Book Now. At the checkout, select the "Add Promo code / Voucher". Here you will be able to apply your gift voucher code.

My gift card isn’t working, what should I do?
Gift card codes are case sensitive so please check and try again. They are also valid for 12 months so make sure it hasn't expired.

What happens if I lose my gift card?
Please contact the person who gave you the gift card and ask them to find the voucher code in the original email.
Alternatively, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you, we just need to know the name and email address of the person that bought you the gift card.
Do gift cards have an expiry date?
All gift cards are valid for 12 months. The expiry date is clearly marked on each voucher. If gift cards are not used before the 12-month period expires, the funds will be lost.
Can I give my gift card to someone else?
Yes, anyone can use a gift card on The Haggis Experience provided they have a valid voucher code.
