While not the official record holder for haggis hurling*, Lee has an impressive record of sending Scotland’s national dish a fair distance by supplying over 8000 kg of haggis per year worldwide via Haggis Uk.
Originally a native of Galway, Ireland, he came to Scotland in 1994, fell in love and never left. An expert host and entertainer, he will tell you all that you need to know about the chieftain of the puddin’ race, and perhaps even suggest where in the Scottish Highlands you might find haggis running wild.
With Lee you will receive a warm welcome and enjoy a traditional Scottish experience filled with fun and laughter, and of course delicious haggis.
*In case you were wondering, haggis hurling is an actual sport. In June 2011, Lorne Coltart set the record, hurling his haggis an impressive 66 m (217 feet). The record still hasn’t been beaten!
