Once the demonstration finishes, sit down to a delicious two-course meal featuring handmade haggis served with classic accompaniments like peppery swedes and creamy mashed tatties, followed by a fresh dessert. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available on request.

The Haggis Experience was fun, enlightening, delicious and worth every penny. There were eight of us around the table, and we were a mixed bunch of folk not knowing quite what to expect. Even the 2 Scots in the party learnt something new, and everyone enjoyed the meal that Stephen demonstrated and produced. It’s well worth the journey if you are on holiday, or live anywhere near Glasgow or the Trossachs, even if you are vegetarian or vegan as Stephen’s veggie haggis option was also absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend that you try it.

Wow! … one of my all time favourite things

Wow! The Haggis Experience was one of my all time favorite things about my trip to Scotland. My expectations were relatively low before arriving on the farm as experiences tend to go one way or the other.

I was happily surprised! Stephen (our incredibly kind-hearted, knowledgeable, and welcoming chef/historian/host) provided an exciting new appreciation for Scotland’s celebrated dish. From the tour of the farm to the haggis history and demonstration to the exquisite tasting, I enjoyed every moment. You’ll laugh, you’ll eat, you’ll learn - what more could you ask for? Thank you Stephen for your warm welcome and hospitality!

And, of course, for the amazing meal.

The Haggis Experience is a must

My husband and I took part in the Haggis Experience last week and had a wonderful time. Our host Jean was both good fun and knowledgeable and kept us entertained throughout the evening, we thoroughly enjoyed the haggis-making demonstration and then making our own haggis. Make sure that you arrive hungry as the meal is plentiful and delicious. (The best Scotch broth we have tasted). Jean’s Cranachan however is to die for.

Excellent Experience
