These terms tell you the rules for using our website and booking a Haggis Experience.
These Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us, in addition to your obligations as a customer. The terms “the Company”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to “The Haggis Experience”.
The term “you” refers to the customer visiting our website, booking a reservation through us or otherwise using our services.

You agree on behalf of yourself and those you represent to comply with all such terms and conditions, including the payment of all amounts when due. You agree that any violation of any such terms and conditions may result in (1) the cancellation of your event booking, (2) your forfeiture of any monies paid for your event.

Cancellations due to an emergency
If you need to cancel due to an emergency. We may ask you to provide documentation.
Cancellation by the Haggis Experience
In the unlikely event of any cancellation by the Company any monies paid by guest will be fully refunded.
Whilst every care is always taken, customers’ personal property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage thereto. Guests are therefore strongly advised to ensure that they carry adequate and relevant travel, medical and cancellation insurance. In the event of guest illness, then the relevant guest must accept responsibility for any medical costs incurred and the Company shall not be liable to refund any part of the event cost. It is incumbent on each guest to ensure that insurance cover held is both current and adequate for the particular needs of such guest and/or group for which such guest is responsible. All visitors from overseas must have insurance to cover accident and repatriation.
The Company accepts no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to our negligence, in which case our liability is limited to a maximum of the event cost. Any activities are completely at the guest’s own risk.
Changes to these Terms & Conditions
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which The Haggis Experience is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. The Company encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
