Our midday haggis demonstration and meal is a fantastic way to kick off your day in Scotland. Starting at noon, you’ll be welcomed by our local guides who will take you through the entire process of making haggis—from prepping the ingredients to stuffing and cooking it. Afterward, you’ll sit down to enjoy your freshly made haggis, served with traditional neeps (turnips) and tatties (potatoes), followed by a cranachan a delicious Scottish whisky dessert.

The midday class is perfect for those looking to combine a relaxed morning of sightseeing or shopping with an authentic Scottish experience. Plus, you’ll have the afternoon free to explore more of the local area.
